Overview

This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains when and how items purchased from v2 Dev Server may be returned or exchanged. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Return eligibility, timelines, and conditions vary by product type.

Return Window

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Returns initiated after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
  • Items must be free of damage, alterations, and signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Custom & Personalized

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer's-remorse reasons. However, if your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the design you approved, we will remake or refund the order. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a remake or refund on custom work.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Photos of the damage or defect are required to process a claim.
  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This avoids inventory holds and shortens turnaround time on your replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • Final-sale or clearance items, where clearly marked at checkout
  • Digital goods, downloadable files, and gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in original condition, damaged after delivery, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions on where to ship the item and how to track your return.

  • Do not ship items back without first receiving return instructions — unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging where possible.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
